Description
Start Date: April 14, 2025
Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet department needs. On-call rotation required with 1-hour response time (Monday through Friday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

Requirements:
- Indiana State Department of Health (ISDOH) licensure
- CNMT or ARRT (N) certification required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
- PET/CT registration and/or experience preferred
- Y-90 Microsphere Therapy experience preferred
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
