Job Opportunity – Patient Safety & Risk Management RN – Southern California

Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Tarzana, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Block scheduling; weekends typically not required unless facility survey is on-site

Highlights:

• Focus on patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct grievance investigations, event reporting oversight, and mortality chart reviews
• Facilitate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and Failure Mode Effects Analyses (FMEAs)
• Epic charting system in use
• Adult patient population in acute care setting
• No weekend coverage unless surveyors are present on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of acute care inpatient nursing experience required
• Experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department strongly preferred
• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• LA County Fire Card (within last 30 days) required
• First-time travelers accepted if minimum experience requirements are met
