Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Florida

Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida

Highlights:

• Critical care nursing role providing advanced life support and managing complex patient conditions
• Work with patients experiencing cardiac events, stroke, trauma, respiratory distress, and other acute conditions
• Operate and monitor critical equipment including ventilators and intra-aortic balloon pumps
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary critical care team in a fast-paced environment
• Opportunity to provide pre- and post-operative care to critically ill patients
• May float to lower acuity units based on facility census needs

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (required)
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care
• Proficiency with central line management
• Wound care experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
