Location: Rochester, New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Training period (Weeks 1-4/5): Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (8-hour shifts). Regular schedule (Week 5/6 onward): Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00am-6:30pm (10-hour shifts). Start times may vary between 6:30am-8:00am based on preference and team integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a biological science required
• Ability to produce accurate results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Capability to work closely with team members and accommodate scheduling adjustments
• Flexibility to work off-shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekend assignments
• Strict adherence to safety protocols when working with infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
