Location: Franklin, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants. Sign-on or relocation bonus available.

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Every other weekend minimum. 30-bed critical access hospital with dedicated ICU/Step Down patient population.

Highlights:

• Brand new, state-of-the-art facility with spacious patient rooms and modern equipment
• ICU and Step Down/Progressive Care patient mix with typical ratios of 4:1; Med Surg up to 6:1
• EMR: Cerner
• Procedures include ventilator management, central lines, A-lines, thoracentesis, and dressing changes
• Critical Access Hospital with Three ORs, 17-bed Emergency Department, and Joint Commission Stroke Ready designation
• Opportunity to float to Emergency Department as needed

Requirements:

• Current North Carolina RN license or compact state eligibility
• ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care nursing experience required
• At least one travel assignment prior to this role
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
