Description
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Lodi, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; every other or every third weekend (Saturday/Sunday for days, Friday/Saturday for nights); occasional floating to other units as needed
Highlights:
- LDRP model – all RNs provide postpartum and couplet care
- 20-bed unit within a 192-bed hospital with strong staffing ratios (average 8 RNs per shift)
- Cerner EMR and Pyxis medication system
- 24/7 support: pharmacy, phlebotomy, transport team, hospitalist, and laborist on call
- Unit secretary support on all shifts; scrubs provided
- NICU/Nursery RNs attend deliveries for infant stabilization when needed
Requirements:
- Active California RN license (or eligibility)
- Labor & Delivery and Postpartum/Couplet Care experience required
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Experience with LDRP model preferred
- Cerner EMR experience a plus
