Job Opportunity – Cath Lab RN – California

Start Date: May 19, 2026

Location: Southern California

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: On-call requirement of 7 days per two-week pay period, including 2 nights per week post-shift and 1 weekend every 2 weeks; weekend coverage may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures with adult and geriatric patient population
• Epic charting system with 40 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active California RN license in hand prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience required (1.5 years minimum to screen)
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Strong background in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Proficiency with cardiac stent placement, percutaneous coronary interventions, and arrhythmia management
• LA County Fire Card required within 30 days of start
• Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years
