Schedule: Day shift with on-call rotation approximately every other day and every other weekend

• 2-bed Open Heart Surgical Suite specializing in cardiovascular procedures
• Comprehensive case mix including CABG, MVR, AVR, pacemaker implants, laser lead extractions, minimally invasive cardiac procedures, and select thoracic and endovascular cases
• 2:1 patient ratio with dedicated team of 2 RNs and 2 Techs per shift
• Meditech documentation system with advanced equipment including TEE and ultrasound technology
• Opportunity to provide cross-coverage in multiple service lines including Vascular, Robotics, General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro/Spine, and more
• Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements:

• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute CVOR experience required
• Experience with minimally invasive cardiac procedures strongly preferred
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Availability for on-call rotation (every other day and every other weekend)
