Location: Carmel, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Alternating shifts (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM & 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend). Majority of shifts will be second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). 40 hours per week.

• Generalist role with exposure to all lab areas: Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and kit testing
• Full-service acute care environment with cancer center for adults and children, 150+ beds, and 24/7 emergency services
• Cerner charting system with modern laboratory analyzers including Beckman and Werfren platforms
• Opportunity to work independently after initial training period with 32 hours of orientation
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience

Requirements:

• National certification: ASCP MLS, MLT, or MT required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience
• Generalist laboratory background with blood bank experience required
• Must be able to work independently across multiple lab departments after training
• Flexibility to travel between three facility locations on a daily basis as needed
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays as required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Valid laboratory license in hand prior to start date
