Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Northern California

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) unit
• Oversee OB Triage functions as part of departmental responsibilities
• Supervise and direct nursing staff at various levels while coordinating multidisciplinary care
• Apply critical thinking and independent clinical judgment in a fast-paced maternal health setting
• Deliver patient-centered care utilizing established standards and the nursing process

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required
• Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities
