Description
Start Date: May 26, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Highlights:
- Specialized 12-bed Burn ICU with critical care and step-down patient populations
- Patient ratios: 2:1 for ICU patients; 4:1 for med/surg and progressive care patients
- Work with advanced equipment including ventilators, specialty beds, and occasional CRRT
- Collaborative team environment with Charge RN, nursing staff, and Patient Care Technicians
- Meditech documentation system
- Contract staff floats first under facility floating policy
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Med/surg nursing experience required
- Critical care experience strongly preferred
