Location: Troy, New York

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with weekend and night call requirements

Highlights:

• Provide direct patient care for advanced cardiac procedures including left and right heart catheterization, coronary stents, balloon valvuloplasty, and structural heart procedures
• Participate as a member of the Emergency On Call Team (STEMI Team) for critical cardiac interventions
• Support patients utilizing advanced cardiac devices such as intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, and EKOS
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Manage conscious sedation and monitor patients for adverse reactions during procedures
• Engage in comprehensive patient and family education regarding post-procedure care and recovery

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, procedural nursing, or conscious sedation
• Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures and related interventions
• Ability to participate in weekend and night on-call rotation
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical intervention skills
