Location: Utica, New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM; block scheduling available but not guaranteed; floating required

Highlights:

• 64-bed Emergency Department with diverse patient population including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• High-acuity case mix: stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Specialty equipment experience including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Unit includes 40 acute beds, 2 trauma bays, 10 CDU beds, 6 psych beds, 6 super track, and 2 triage
• EPIC EMR system
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience with pediatric exposure
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications (TNCC must be in hand prior to start)
• EPIC EMR experience required
