Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: 4-week self-scheduling increments with minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule period

Highlights:

• 31-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with variable patient ratios (2:1 standard, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity)
• Advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems
• Exposure to high-acuity procedures: central line insertions, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD placements
• Meditech electronic documentation system
• Self-scheduling model with managerial oversight to ensure balanced coverage
• Unit secretary support during day shift with occasional nursing extern assistance

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ICU nursing experience mandatory
• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required
