Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery Trauma – Georgia

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Assigned shifts; flexibility required (block scheduling not available)

Highlights:

• High-acuity surgical trauma floor with complex patient population including spinal neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, and spinal cord injuries (quads, paraplegics)
• 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with nursing support techs, phlebotomists, and unit secretary support during night shifts
• EPIC EMR system in use
• Structured handoff process between ED and admitting unit nurses
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
• No time off during contract period

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical trauma or related specialty
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Willingness to work assigned shifts with schedule flexibility
