Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Surgery Trauma – Georgia

Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Assigned shifts (block scheduling not available)

Highlights:

• High-acuity surgical trauma floor specializing in spinal neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, and paraplegic/quadriplegic patient care
• Patient ratio of 5:1 with strong nursing support including techs, phlebotomists, and night-shift unit secretaries
• EPIC EMR system in use
• Structured nurse handoff process with ED and admitting unit for seamless patient transitions
• Immediate start opportunity with 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in surgical trauma specialty
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts as scheduled
