Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Variable scheduling with on-call requirements; 7 days on-call per two-week pay period including 2 nights per week (post-shift) and 1 weekend every 2 weeks; every-other weekend requirement may be exceeded to meet unit needs

• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility
• Comprehensive case mix including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, cardiac stent placement, IABP, Impella insertion, and electrophysiology procedures
• 40 hours of orientation provided to support successful onboarding
• Interdisciplinary support including pharmacy and interpretation services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required; 1.5 years will be considered for strong candidates
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Active California RN license in hand prior to start (pending licenses not accepted)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including cardiac stent placement, PCI, IABP placement/removal, and Impella insertion
• Experience with emergency medications, procedural sedation, arrhythmia interpretation and management
• LA Fire Card obtained within 30 days prior to start date
