Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Smyrna, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend required; floating in rotation with permanent staff
Highlights:
- 16-bed Intensive Care Unit at a Trauma III certified facility
- 2:1 patient ratio with dedicated unit tech support
- Modern equipment including GE Monitors, Drager ventilators, and Pyxis medication dispensing
- Meditech documentation system
- Advanced critical care procedures: ventilator/sedation management, trach placement, bronchoscopy, cardioversion
- Multiple positions available
Requirements:
- Current Tennessee RN license (or eligibility for compact licensure)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ICU experience with ventilator management and medication titration
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude
- Adherence to AIDET principles and patient-centered communication standards
- Charcoal gray scrubs required
