Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Northern Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend rotation; possible on-call coverage

- Care for over 4,000 cardiology patients annually with advanced procedures including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers

- Participate in cutting-edge care including open-heart surgery recovery, congestive heart failure management, and electrophysiology studies
- Opportunity to support national clinical trials through the NISUS research department
- Float to similar critical care units as needed to expand skill set
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (verification required via LARA and Nursys)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (float experience does not qualify)
- EKG interpretation experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Completed skills checklist within one year of application
- Willingness to float to similar critical care units
- Preferred: Neuro, CVICU, or Trauma experience; ventilator management; CRRT and balloon pump experience
