Job Opportunity – ECMO Specialist RN – South Carolina

Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend with flexible coverage based on unit needs

Highlights:

  • Specialized ECMO device management role working alongside ICU RN and RT teams
  • Float between CVICU and PICU units caring for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
  • Utilize advanced equipment including Cardiohelp and Centrimag ECMO consoles
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
  • 1:2 patient ratio across all shifts with 24 hours of orientation
  • Epic EMR system with minimum 1 year experience required

Requirements:

  • Active South Carolina RN license
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Minimum 3 years of critical care nursing experience with both pediatric and adult populations
  • ECMO Specialist certification and required CMEs to maintain proficiency
  • Trauma Level I and II experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience
  • Must reside 100+ miles from facility (distance requirements may vary for night shift specialists)
  • Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required
