Job Opportunity – Critical Care Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: May 7, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4-week scheduling period; 3-4 weekend shifts required per period; patient ratio 2:1

• Growing cardiogenic shock program with 12 dedicated beds and specialized provider team
• Advanced cardiac technologies including PA catheter/hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• Comprehensive support including student nurse externs and unit secretary assistance
• Phillips telemetry monitoring and Meditech documentation system
• Procedures include central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Cardiac experience required
• Strong critical care background
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with PA catheter/hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, and Impella preferred
• CRRT experience preferred
