Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), with weekend availability preferred; on-call requirement averaging 5–6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week period

Highlights:

• Work in an 11-OR suite performing complex surgical cases including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and robotic-assisted procedures (GYN, colorectal, general)
• Utilize advanced surgical technology including Xi Robotic systems and a variety of specialized OR equipment
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios ensuring optimal care and surgical outcomes
• Collaborate with experienced team averaging 8 RNs, 8 scrub technicians, and 5 surgical support techs on day shift
• 13-week travel assignment with Epic EMR system
• Minimal exposure to ENT, dental, ophthalmology, or plastic surgery cases

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (required for submission)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong experience as a circulating nurse and patient advocate
• Preferred experience in orthopedics, total joints, neurosurgery, and robotic-assisted surgery
• Experience as scrub nurse and CNOR certification preferred
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
