Description
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule). Shift times vary between 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, or 0830-1700. Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period.

- 407-bed acute care facility with average daily census of 324 patients
- 24-hour orientation with floating opportunities within case management services

Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN license in hand (required for offer)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS certification preferred
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization of Milliman Guidelines
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
