Description
Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Northern Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend
- Long-term care specialty position in a community-focused healthcare setting
- Structured attendance policy ensures reliable team coverage and exceptional patient care
- Opportunity to work with an established patient population in need of consistent, compassionate care
- Patient and family-centered care model emphasizing relationship-building and quality outcomes
- Collaborative environment with support from charge nurses, department leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Long-Term Care settings
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Michigan LTC fingerprinting (preferred and highly valued)
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attendance standards
