Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular/Vascular Surgical Technologist – Georgia

Start Date: September 21, 2026 (following privileging process completion)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Days, with call rotation one day per week and one weekend approximately every four weeks; floating within facility and to Main OR as needed

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgical services with advanced procedural exposure
• Work with Epic charting system in a Trauma Level I or II preferred environment
• 1:1 patient ratio providing focused, quality care
• Privileging process required prior to start with approximately 120-day timeline from signature
• Unit accepts first-time travelers with minimum 2 years of experience
• Opportunity to participate in complex cases including CABG, TAVR, heart transplant, and endovascular repairs

Requirements:

• Active CSFA certification required; NBSTSA or NCCSA also accepted
• BLS certification current
• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Demonstrated experience in cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic procedures (HARD STOP requirement)
• Georgia state license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
• Heart transplant experience highly preferred
