Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with call coverage including 3-4 weeknight shifts per month (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM), 1 Friday per month (5:30 PM – 11:00 PM), and 1-2 weekend shifts per month (Saturday 11:00 PM – Sunday 7:00 AM). Two shifts per month will be opening shifts starting at 6:00 AM.

Highlights:

• Work in a 9-bed Endoscopy Laboratory performing both basic and interventional therapeutic procedures
• Utilize Olympus endoscopes and reprocessing equipment in a state-of-the-art environment
• Manage a diverse case mix including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and EBUS procedures
• Collaborative intra-op team environment with 2:1 patient ratios intra-operatively and 1:2 in pre/post-op
• EMR system: Meditech
• Opportunity to work with highly specialized and trained physicians on high-acuity patients

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Endoscopy RN experience required
• BLS certification required
• PACU experience preferred
• Experience with Olympus scopes and reprocessing preferred
• Endoscopy experience with circulating and tech procedures preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while functioning effectively as part of an intra-operative team
