Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Alaska

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment; 3x12 or 4x12 Night shifts (your choice); weekend coverage subject to staffing needs; 60 guaranteed hours per 2-week period

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required for auto-offer (pending licenses accepted for submission; processing takes 10-12 weeks)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience with 1:4 patient ratio experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float to lower acuity units, renal care, neuro, and medical-surgical as needed
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• First-time travelers accepted
