Job Opportunity – Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – Maryland

Start Date: July 14, 2026
Location: Westminster, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4 days per week, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with rotating days off; call required (7-8 shifts per month including one full weekend)

Highlights:

• Diverse case mix including cardiac catheterization with PCI/STEMI, pacemaker placement, interventional radiology procedures, and peripheral vascular interventions
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a dynamic procedural environment
• McKesson charting system preferred; community hospital experience valued
• Competitive call schedule with approximately 7-8 shifts per month
• Floating within hospital scope (excluding Cancer Center and Cath Lab when not primary assignment)
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cardiovascular/interventional experience required
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• If holding ARRT certification, Maryland state license is required
• Valid Maryland or Compact license required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures, percutaneous coronary interventions, stent placement, angiography, and interventional radiology procedures
• Ability to scrub and maintain sterile field, perform EKG lead placement, and support various vascular access procedures
• Three professional references required
