Highlights:

• Perform and assist with advanced cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular lab
• Operate sophisticated digital imaging equipment for interventional procedures including structural heart disorders, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, and vascular studies
• Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after invasive and therapeutic procedures
• Serve in a mentorship capacity, training and modeling technical skills for department staff
• Contribute to hiring and promotional decisions as a senior member of the clinical team
• Work with a variety of specialized equipment in interventional radiology and cardiovascular imaging

Requirements:

• Certification and licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist
• Advanced training and experience in special procedures, cardiac, and vascular imaging
• Proficiency in operating digital radiographic and interventional equipment
• Strong technical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff in a clinical setting
• Experience with device implantation, lead management, and therapeutic catheter procedures preferred
