Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; No weekends required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Case Manager RN experience required
• Active Kansas RN license or Licensed Social Worker credentials
• Current BLS certification
• Meditech and Midas experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in case management assessments and discharge planning
