Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week seasonal contract with on-call requirements and 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Highlights:

• Work in a 65-bed Level IV NICU caring for the most critically ill neonates
• Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1 depending on acuity
• Collaborate with a large, experienced team of over 200 staff members including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants
• Utilize advanced equipment including isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and more
• Electronic medical records managed through Meditech and CPN systems
• Opportunity for permanent placement on night shift and weekend day shifts

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic care environment
• Navy scrubs required
