Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation – Missouri

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Independence, Missouri

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, every 3rd weekend; block scheduling available upon request

• 16-bed acute rehabilitation unit with 1:5 patient ratio in all private rooms configured as rehabilitation suites

• Documentation on Meditech 5.6; unit equipped with Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and Alaris Pumps
• One-week paid orientation included in contract to ensure quality care delivery
• Work alongside experienced RN team with 4+ years of nursing experience
• Patient-centered care model including goal setting, hourly rounding, and bedside shift reporting

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures preferred
• Experience with wound care, line insertion, blood and antibiotic administration
