Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Patient ratios 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity
Highlights:
- 42-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with diverse, high-acuity patient population
- Advanced technology including High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, therapeutic hypothermia (Arctic Sun), central lines, and chest tubes
- EMR systems: Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech
- Exposure to complex procedures including intubation, central line placement, sepsis screening, and post-surgical care
- Seasonal travel assignment with opportunities to float to PICU as needed
- Collaborative team of approximately 100 clinical staff members supporting 24/7 critical care
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Colorado or eligible for compact state licensure
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Level IV NICU
- BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
- PICU experience and post-surgical care experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and clinical excellence in high-acuity environments
