Description
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
Highlights:
- Work in a prestigious 3-time Magnet-designated facility with 345 beds
- Ortho/Spine specialty unit featuring joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injury care
- Patient ratio of approximately 1:5 (day shift), with support from CNAs
- Meditech EMR system
- Family-oriented environment with a strong collaborative team culture
- Float pool opportunities across multiple units for diverse learning experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg or Ortho hospital experience required
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Chemo certification a plus (allows scheduling flexibility to Oncology unit)
- Flexibility and willingness to float between units
