Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 11, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; rotating every other holiday

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in CVICU; recent CVICU experience required (travel experience acceptable)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license required at time of application
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS
• One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in CVICU specialty from the past 12 months required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Background check clearance with no open cases; no license violations
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
