Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: September 11, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Contract duration of 13 to 20 weeks available to provide winter coverage.

Requirements:

• Active RN license: Ohio permanent license or valid Compact state license required at time of application
• Minimum 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience in a permanent role
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the specialty (within past 12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Clear background check with no open cases
• Clean license history with no hits or restrictions
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting to be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
