Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular OR Scrub Surgical Technologist – Georgia

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Operating room schedule with rotating weekends; call required approximately one weekday per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks; float within facility/scope of practice to Main OR as needed

Highlights:

• Comprehensive cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical case mix including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, and minimally invasive procedures
• 1:1 patient ratio in a progressive cardiovascular OR environment
• Epic charting system utilized facility-wide
• Interdisciplinary support including respiratory and interpretation services
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a specialized surgical setting
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience required
• Georgia state license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Scrub experience in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery procedures required
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
