# Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist – Neonatal ICU – Georgia**Start Date:** September 21, 2026 **Location:** Savannah, Georgia **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM start time**Highlights:**- 92-bed Level IV Neonatal ICU in a nationally recognized medical center- Advanced respiratory equipment including Drager VN500 ventilators, high-frequency oscillatory and jet ventilation, F&P Bubble CPAP, high-flow therapy, and inhaled nitric oxide- Epic documentation system for streamlined charting- Opportunity to attend high-risk deliveries and manage complex neonatal respiratory cases- Work in the region's only Level I trauma center and children's hospital- Collaborative multidisciplinary care team environment**Requirements:**- Minimum 1 year Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU critical care experience required- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification- Active state Respiratory Therapist license- Demonstrated proficiency in managing patients on high-frequency ventilation- Experience with surfactant administration and inhaled nitric oxide therapy management- Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients in a Level IV NICU setting- Competency in both invasive and non-invasive ventilation modalities**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to work in a prestigious, award-winning facility recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures.
