Job Opportunity – Medical-Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: August 2, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 32-bed medical-telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.

Highlights:

• Acute care environment including trauma patients requiring critical medications such as Heparin drips
• Work with adult and older adult populations in a structured telemetry setting
• EPIC electronic medical records system utilized facility-wide
• Specialized equipment includes gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Opportunity to apply or develop expertise in geriatric nursing and rehabilitation care
• Contract assignment with immediate start date availability

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented medical-telemetry experience is mandatory
• Completion of skills checklist required prior to placement
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training is highly preferred
• Professional badge-appropriate photo required for credentialing
