Schedule: 13-week assignment with every other weekend coverage; STEMI call requirements including weekday and weekend shifts; floating within scope of practice as needed throughout all areas of Cath Lab; up to 7 days of requested time off available

Highlights:

• Work in a 3-room cardiac catheterization laboratory performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics with diverse cardiac conditions
• Epic (Cupid) EMR system with Pyxis medication management and SBAR communication protocol
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Scrubs provided by the facility

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience (both diagnostic and interventional)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CCI RCIS certification preferred
• Georgia or Compact state nursing license required at time of submission
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, vascular closure systems, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with TAVR, Watchman, Impella insertion, IABP placement/removal, and temporary pacemakers preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
