Location: Wichita, Kansas

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratio typically 1:2, with 1:1 assignments for high-acuity patients including post-CABG care. Ratios are estimated based on acuity and are not guaranteed.

• 26-bed Surgical ICU in a high-volume trauma facility
• Advanced critical care equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia therapy, and ECMO
• Diverse case mix: trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
• Collaborative team environment with experienced RNs, dedicated charge nurse, and patient care technician support on each shift
• EMR system: Meditech
• Travel nursing assignment with competitive compensation package

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities strongly preferred
• Proficiency with critical care procedures including chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips
