Description
Start Date: August 25, 2026
Location: Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Variable hours based on workload; weeknight and weekend call required; 32 hours of orientation
Highlights:
- 3-room unit serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department populations
- Average patient volume of 13-15 patients per day
- Required procedures include cardiac imaging, bone scans, liver/spleen scans, lung scans, thyroid studies, tumor localization, and myocardial studies
- Preferred experience with brain scans, renal flow studies, and SPECT imaging
- Cerner electronic documentation system; Siemens equipment preferred
- First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of experience
Requirements:
- Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Proficiency in IV starts and PACS systems required
- Community hospital experience required
- Two supervisor references required
- Active state license must be in hand prior to start date
