Schedule: Variable shifts including evenings and nights (5x8 hour shifts). No weekends except during on-call rotation. Guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period. On-call rotation every 4 weeks for 1 week (6pm-midnight Monday-Friday, plus weekend call).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Laboratory Technician experience required
• ASCP MLT or MLS certification required
• BLS certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in Blood Bank procedures, chemistry panels (CMP, CPC), COVID/Flu testing, and urinalysis
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
• Valid state license (pending licenses may be considered; processing takes 10-12 weeks)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted)
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with rental car coverage
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• First-time travelers not accepted for this position
