Description
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; weekend call rotation every fourth weekend; additional weekend coverage required to support PTO requests as needed

- Active and unrestricted Indiana state license or eligibility to obtain
