Schedule: Shift schedule with every other weekend coverage; floating within facility and scope of practice as needed; no call required

Highlights:

• Adult and geriatric patient population in critical care and emergency department settings
• Comprehensive respiratory care including ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and tracheostomy care
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Trauma level experience preferred; community hospital setting
• Contract length determines non-billable orientation hours; full compliance required prior to start
• Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off; must be finalized at time of submission

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Previous travel assignment experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
• Active Georgia or Compact state respiratory therapy license
• Current BLS, PALS, and RRT certifications required
• Proficiency in adult critical care, mechanical ventilation weaning, aerosol therapy, and emergency airway management
• Experience with nebulized medications, inhaled therapies, and advanced respiratory equipment
