Description
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts per week, evening/night rotation (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend, and some holidays. 2:1 patient ratio.

- Work in a 24-bed Trauma and Life Support ICU at a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma Center ranked #1 in Wisconsin
- Care for critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma patients using advanced therapies including ECMO and continuous dialysis
- Epic electronic medical records system utilized throughout the facility
- 2024 American Association of Critical Care Nurses Gold Level Beacon Award recipient – the highest honor in critical care
- Academic medical center environment with involvement in evidence-based therapies and research studies
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care ICU experience required (Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU experience required)
- Wisconsin RN license or current Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
- Epic charting system experience required
- Must successfully pass telemetry exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria (100% identification of lethal rhythms, 80% overall passing score)
- Experience with advanced critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, and care of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
