Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, weekdays with some weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• 13-week contract with possible extension opportunities
• Critical Care Unit (CCU) specialty assignment focused on critical care patient population
• EPIC EMR system in use – recent experience required
• Consistent night shift schedule, no rotation required
• Opportunity to float within the hospital as needed to expand clinical skills
• Professional dress code: all navy blue or all white scrubs

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina or Compact State RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Emergency Room experience a plus
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must reside more than 40 miles from facility location
• All certifications and licenses must remain current throughout contract duration
