Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Multi-Unit Float – Indiana

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts. Every other weekend required (Saturday, Sunday). Holiday coverage includes 2 of 3 major holidays as assigned by leadership.

Highlights:

• Dynamic float position rotating through Emergency Department, Adult ICU, Adult Med-Surg, Adult Progressive Care, Labor & Delivery, and NICU
• Community-based facility providing full-service emergency care including pediatric patients
• Ideal candidate combines adult acute care experience with Labor & Delivery skills
• High-risk deliveries and NICU Level II comprise approximately 30-40% of assignment
• Cerner charting system experience preferred

Requirements:

• Active RN license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (18 months considered with qualifying background)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited university
• Experience with adult acute care and Labor & Delivery strongly preferred
• Competency in emergency care, critical care, and neonatal care
• Skills in high-risk deliveries, ventilator management, ECMO, and advanced respiratory support preferred
• Ability to care for patients across all age groups: neonates through geriatrics
• 100% float requirement – must be flexible to meet facility needs
• Two supervisor references required
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
