Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Step-Down / Progressive Care) – Ohio

Start Date: September 11, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week; day/night rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs. Assignment length of 13 to 20 weeks available. Every other holiday required.

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Step-Down or Progressive Care (travel experience accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) required
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from the past 12 months in the specialty
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen required; nicotine testing exempted for nursing staff
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
