# Job Opportunity – Perioperative Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: San Marcos, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (4x10 schedule can be accommodated); Full-time position with potential for temp-to-permanent placement

Highlights:

• Diverse patient population including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, cath lab, endoscopy, gynecology, and pediatrics (excludes neuro and cardiac)
• EPIC electronic medical record system utilized

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
• Critical Care and PreOp experience highly preferred
• EPIC experience highly recommended
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA only) required
• Current PALS certification (AHA only) required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
